Admission Requirements

Admission procedures prescribed by the Washington State University are easy and simple. Admission procedure for fresher

  • Application forms
    In order to enter into the Washington State University, the first thing you need to do is fill up the application form for your respective course, before the deadline. These forms are available from 1 January to 31 January, for summer semester and 1 July to 31 July for spring semester.

  • Transcripts / Test scores
    You must provide your transcripts of your high school and send your SAT scores to the university.

  • Personal information
    You should send your personal data or personal information to the university in a proper format. This is also one of the requirements.

Requirements for admission
- English
Four years of English is necessary, including education of composition and literature for at least 3 years.

- Mathematics
Algebra, geometry and advanced algebra should be a subject in every academic year.

- Science
Science as a subject for at least 2 years is necessary. However, it should be inclusive of one year of lab science.

- Social Science
Social science for 3 years, including history as a subject for at least 2 years.

- Arts
For admitting yourself in arts, one year of study of fine arts, or visual or performing arts is necessary.

- The applicants must maintain a satisfactory academic record.

Admission requirements for Adult fresher
- A satisfactory test score of SAT test.
- A passing score in the GED test or a high school diploma (minimum average of 2.5 grade points).
- A copy of your personal information in a proper format, including the reasons for leaving your last high school and starting education again.
- All the documents should be properly submitted to the university.

Admission requirements for International students
- Fill in the application forms before the deadlines, i.e., from 1 January to 31 January, for summer semester and 1 July to 31 July for spring semester.
- Submit your TOEFL score to the university.
- If you have completed your past studies from the home country, you need to submit all the transcripts to the university.
- You should submit all your official copies of secondary high school to the university.
- All your grade reports and certificates shall also lie with the university.
- All your transcripts should be submitted to the university. They should indicate your school's name, address, subjects, grades and grading scales.
- All the educational credentials, which are not in English, must be translated word to word in English.

Note
Unless the university receives all the important documents sent by you, your admission in the university will be hold.
